How do I request a refund or exchange?

You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery by clicking the "Refund/Return" button on your personal order status page. Before submitting a request, please refer to our website's refund policy for all relevant eligibility details.

Where do I find my tracking number?

We'll send your tracking number to the email address entered at checkout as soon as your order is fulfilled. If you haven't received yours yet, please check your promotions or spam folders. You can also use your 4-digit order number on our website's order tracking page to determine if the product has been fulfilled yet.

How do I get updates for my shipment?

Since we use a variety of shipping carriers, we recommend using a universal tracking website/app called 17Track to keep up with status updates outside of our website's order tracking page.

My shipment says delivered but I can't find my package. What do I do?

If your tracking details show your package has been delivered but you aren't able to locate it, please contact us immediately with your 4-digit order number so we can help locate proof of delivery photos or file a missing package claim.

How do I access my order status page?

To access your order status page, please locate the order confirmation email that we sent to the email address entered at checkout. Once you've found that email, click the blue button labeled "View My Order", and you will be directed to your personal order status page.
