Refunds and Redelivery
What happens if there's an issue with my order?
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer either:

- A full or partial refund to your original payment method (depending on circumstances)
- A redelivery of the same item at no additional cost.
How to request a Refund or Redelivery:
- Go to your Order Status page.
- Click the button labeled "Refund/Return".
- Submit a photo showing the issue, along with a short description describing the issue.
- Our returns team will review requests within 48-72 hours.
- If you receive an incorrect item or have sizing issues, we will offer:

- A free exchange for the same hoodie in any size.
How to request an Exchange:
- Go to your Order Status page.
- Click the button labeled "Refund/Return".
- Click "Exchange" instead of "Refund".
- Submit a photo showing the issue, along with a short description describing the issue.
- Our returns team will review requests within 48-72 hours.
No Returns Policy
Due to our manufacturer's policy, we are unable to accept returned items. Instead, we focus on providing refunds or redelivery to resolve any issues you may have. We appreciate your understanding and strive to make this process as seamless as possible. Any exceptions to this are subject to requesting a return for their order within 14-days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Processing Times
- Refunds: Once your request is approved and evidence verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Redelivery: Replacement items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days if your request is approved.
Preventing Abuse of This Policy
To ensure fairness and protect against misuse, we require:
- Required Evidence: All refund or redelivery requests must include clear photo or video evidence demonstrating the alleged defect or issue.
- One Claim per Item: Each item may only be subject to one refund, return, or redelivery request. Duplicate or repeat claims for the same order or item will not be accepted.
- Dispute & Chargeback Abuse: Orders that are subject to a chargeback or payment dispute are no longer eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, regardless of outcome.
- Final Determination: We reserve the right to make a final determination on all requests and to deny any request that does not meet these criteria or that appears to be an abuse of this policy.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
